The Science and Innovation Park includes more than 20 acres of outdoor hardstanding, ideally suited for long-term deep storage or low activity temporary lettings.
These private, secure spaces offer flexible storage for industrial equipment, construction structures, touring stage management and more. From small to large-scale spaces, we can tailor our customisable plots to create a bespoke package to meet your needs.
Please note that the minimum space offered for our outdoor storage is 1500m².
